For a better understanding of the subject we will deal with in this Policy, we will adopt some important CONCEPTS:

- 7. Data Protection Officer (DPO): an individual appointed by the Controller to be the channel of communication between the company and the Data Subject, and with the National Data Protection Authority on the subject of personal data, among other functions related to privacy and data protection.

We collect personal data when you spontaneously fill in registration forms on our website or social networks.
It is used to present our services or products, to facilitate communication between us or even to offer job opportunities in our team.

To clarify analytics techniques, we can say that they are the applied use of data, analysis and systematic reasoning to follow an efficient decision-making process. However, to use this tool we will use techniques to make the data unintelligible, i.e. not identify the user, or create results in the statistical model prioritizing the anonymization of the data accessed.

The retention of data by these companies is their sole responsibility.
Data on contracted employees is collected at the time of hiring, during actual employment and on termination of employment, and there is transparency between Mobilis and its employees as to how it is processed for each purpose during all the situations required for the faithful fulfillment of the employment contract.
Data on former employees is only kept on Mobilis after termination of employment in order to comply with legally required obligations or to exercise regular rights.

You can report any suspicious, illegal or irregular behavior on the Mobilis reporting channel.
You can report anonymously or with your name on – the choice is yours.
The information will then be investigated internally, always in compliance with the Mobilis Code of Conduct.
At the end of the internal investigation procedure, if any illegality/irregularity is found, Mobilis will take all necessary measures to resolve the issue.
- > Clients and Partners of Mobilis:
Mobilis works on the development and application of traffic safety technology.
When Mobilis is contracted, it assumes the role of Operator and, as such, has access to personal data shared by the Contractor/Controller.
Please note that Mobilis does not decide or control the information collected directly by its Clients/Contractors, as they are solely responsible for the processing of their personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Act.
However, Mobilis, aware of its responsibility for the security of your personal data, as an Operator, adopts the best information security practices, we follow all the requirements of our Clients, prioritizing compliance with all the rules and laws that address the privacy and protection of individual data, and we are even ISO 27001:2013 certified.
When it contracts services through direct partnerships in order to better carry out its activities, it prioritizes formal contracting and defines all the rules for observing the privacy and data protection of the individual.
SHARING INFORMATION
- > Internal Sectors Mobilis
The personal data used by Mobilis may be shared between our internal departments, but access is restricted to employees who are involved in the respective activity, in compliance with the requirements defined by ISO 27001:2013 and the General Data Protection Act (Law no. ).
As Mobilis is committed to the security and confidentiality of your information, the sharing of your personal data with partners/third parties will only occur when necessary to enable the services provided, following all the parameters set out in this Privacy Policy and in the Laws on privacy and data protection.

For the viability of Mobilis’s core activities, we may share your personal data with third-party service providers, such as accounting firms, external legal firms, external auditing consultancies, government agencies for compliance with legal obligations and others, all of which adhere to the legal processing hypotheses provided for in the General Data Protection Law (Law no. ) and sector-specific legislation.

Data may be transferred to third parties in order to comply with legal obligations and/or judicial or administrative orders, as well as to comply with orders from the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or other competent control authority. Also, where appropriate, to respond to requests from public or governmental authorities, provided that the request is legally justified.
If we need to share information for other purposes, we will send you a notification requesting your prior express consent, if applicable. If you object, we will not process your data.
STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data will be stored in a secure environment, observing the state of the art available on the market and accessed by previously authorized persons, in accordance with the internal procedures of Mobilis to ISO 27001:2013.

TREATMENT PERIOD
Personal data will be stored and processed for the time strictly necessary for each of the purposes described in this Policy, in our Disposal Policy or in accordance with applicable legal deadlines.
In the event of pending litigation, data may be kept for up to two (2) years after the decision has become final, in accordance with Article 975 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Our communication must be transparent, so you – the data subject – are responsible for the veracity of the data provided on the website when registering to purchase products or to receive content and promotions, and you must update it when necessary.

Any queries, rectifications or cancellations regarding the processing of personal data that you have provided in order to purchase services or products from Mobilis can be requested at any time, either by opting out of the highlighted option in the emails you receive or by requesting it via the channel provided on the website.
What are your rights?
- 1) Confirmation of processing: you can ask whether your data is being processed as described in this Policy.
- 2) Access to data: you can find out what data is held by Mobilis.
- 3) Correction of data: you can request the correction or alteration of your personal data in order to maintain the quality of the data. Remember that you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide.
- 4) Deletion: you can request the deletion of your data from our database, but some data must be kept for as long as current legislation requires. With each request, we will inform you of the possibility of fulfilling your request.
- 5) Data portability: you can ask for your data to be transferred to another provider.
- 6) Objecting to data processing: you may not agree to any type of data processing. In this case, we will not process your data, but we will not be able to offer you the service you require.
